TWERKFIT® is a dance fitness class, brought to you by TWERK IT OUT, to help you tone and tighten whilst shaking what your mama gave ya! Classes last one hour and include strength and cardiovascular exercises, mixed in with dance tutorials, to really make you sweat. All this whilst listening to a mix of new and old-school RnB, Bashment, Garage and Hip Hop!
WHAT DOES THE CLASS INVOLVE? All workouts feature warm-ups & stretches, twerk tutorials, dance combinations and twerk circuits... finished with a slow, cool-down track to bring your heart back down to earth. Classes are excellent for strengthening and shaping legs & back in addition to improving your overall fitness level and losing weight. You can expect to burn between 300-600 calories per hour...make sure you track us on your FitBit! Our studio is only two mins walk from Brixton Station and also has parking! Find us in the pink 'Link' building! Offer: First class £5!
This class is perfect for beginners as well as more advanced students looking to rediscover the foundations of yoga. You will be guided through a gentle, nourishing practice which is centred around connecting movement with breath. You will leave the class feeling restored, balanced and ready for the day ahead. About Emily Emily has been practising yoga for the best part of a decade and is a qualified vinyasa and ashtanga yoga teacher. She encourages curiosity within her classes whilst ensuring a safe environment for all. She believes every human body is unique and invites her students to find what feels good for them.
